The best coffee shops in Lima and Callao are recognized in the EXPERIENCE 2025 Competition: a celebration of the talent driving Peruvian coffee.

After evaluating more than 40 proposals across 17 districts, the Peruvian Chamber of Coffee and Cocoa announced the coffee shops that are now setting the course for Peru’s coffee scene.

The Peruvian Chamber of Coffee and Cocoa, in co-organization with the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) and Carmomaq, is pleased to announce the official results of the EXPERIENCE 2025 Coffee Shop Competition, held during ExpoCafé Peru 2025 at Casa Prado – Miraflores.
This edition recognized the best coffee shops in Lima and Callao across two categories: Specialty Coffee Shop and Coffee and Complement, following an evaluation process conducted by a specialized jury that carried out unannounced visits to more than 40 establishments across 17 districts of the city.

Throughout the four days of the fair, attendees had the opportunity to explore the proposals of each participating coffee shop, including their signature beverages, brewing methods, brand concepts, and sensory experiences inspired by Peru’s coffee culture. This direct interaction with the public showcased the diversity, creativity, and technical excellence that define Lima’s growing coffee scene.

1st place – Monótono Coffee (Barranco)
2nd place – Punto Café (Miraflores)
3rd place – Armache Cafetería (Los Olivos)

Ursa Coffee (Miraflores)
Guanacoffee (Pueblo Libre)

Category: Coffee and Complement

1st place – Cabina Lima (Surco)
2nd place – Beik Café (Barranco)
3rd place – Tunki Katari

A competition that drives innovation and community

The EXPERIENCE 2025 Competition reaffirms the commitment of the Peruvian Chamber of Coffee and Cocoa to promoting best practices, strengthening professional standards, and creating learning opportunities for baristas, roasters, entrepreneurs, and consumers.
The presentations featured live demonstrations, storytelling, original recipes, and conceptual proposals that highlighted the richness of Peruvian coffee and the talent behind each competing coffee shop.
