This Peruvian Technical Standard establishes the requirements, classification, sampling, testing methods, packaging and labeling for cocoa beans. Recommendations regarding storage and disinfection are given as a guide in Annexes G and H respectively. Annex I is for informational purposes only and establishes a sampling procedure for preliminary quality analysis that can be adopted by agreement of all interested parties.
